The restaurant is opulent, the atmosphere is laidback and buzzy with Brazilian vibes as the passadores (waiters) walk from table to table carving up skewer upon skewer of the most glorious meat, cooked to medium rare perfection. Your choice is made easy; you pay a set price for an unregulated buffet of salads, charcuterie, grilled vegetables, cheeses, seafood and other accoutrements, and as much meat as you want over a two-hour period, controlled by you through a simple stop/start system.
