We’ve teamed up with DULSE, Leith for a fabulous ‘hands-on’ dining experience.
The winner and a guest will sit down to The Leith Seafood Boil – a tabletop feast of the day’s freshest Scottish shellfish. Mussels, prawns, crab and clams are simmered in Dulse’s house broth and butter with baby potatoes and sweetcorn, then tipped straight onto the table. Bibs, gloves and shellfish tools are provided – all you need to do is crack, peel, dip and share.
ABOUT DULSE
Dulse Leith is a relaxed neighbourhood seafood restaurant on Constitution Street, a short walk from the Shore. Founded by Arbroath-born chef Dean Banks – trained at Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant and a MasterChef: The Professionals finalist – Dulse is named after the seaweed found along Scotland’s coast. The kitchen works closely with local fishermen and suppliers, so the menu follows what’s landing each day: hand-dived scallops, day-boat langoustines, native lobster and freshly shucked oysters, cooked simply and served generously.

The prize is valid for two people and includes The Leith Seafood Boil (£45pp) and one welcome drink per person at Dulse Leith, 102 Constitution Street, Edinburgh EH6 6AW. Both guests must be aged 18 or over. Non-alcoholic welcome drinks are available on request.
The prize is valid on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays during normal opening hours, for three months from the date the winner is notified. Excludes 24 December to 2 January. Advance booking of at least 24 hours is essential and must be made directly with Dulse Leith. The prize is subject to availability.
The prize excludes additional food, drinks, add-ons including lobster and langoustines, and service charge. The Seafood Boil contains shellfish and is unsuitable for anyone with a shellfish allergy. No alternative prize will be offered. Contents may vary depending on the daily catch.
The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash alternative. Dean Banks Group reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prize in circumstances beyond its control.
