Edinburgh’s newest restaurant Moss has just opened its doors in Stockbridge and it’s got everyone talking. Here are three reasons why.
1 Chef Director Henry Dobson and the team have notched up years refining their skills at the world’s best restaurants; Noma in Copenhagen, The Ledbury in London, and Maz and Kabi in Tokyo.
2 If provenance is your thing, Moss is linked to the Dobson family’s organic farm in Angus and the restaurant works exclusively with Scottish produce, much sourced or foraged from the farm. The food is creative, inspiring and food geeks will love it.
3 The restaurant is a work of art. Expect handcrafted tables from wind-fallen Lime trees, handmade bespoke tableware, and walls painted with farm-sourced ash.
